Each bracelet for sale can be adjusted to fit your wrist.  Using a tape measure, measure your wrist as shown.  Don't pull the tape measure tight.  If you don't have a tape measure then you may use a string and then measure that against a ruler.  Include this measurement in the "special instructions" section of the shopping cart as you check out.
